I created this mod for Baldur's Gate 3 and posted it on Nexus prior to official mod support. I have no desire to rework it in the new format being used by the official mod manager, but I have received a number of requests to do so, especially from console users.
As such, I am posting my mods on github for any enterprising modder to fork and take over in order to make the conversion and handle the publication of them as you wish. They belong to the world now.
hi new to modding i didnt get my mods to work till after i left the starting area and missed the chest is there a way to get it to appear now or do i have to start a new game
the chest is on the Ship at the very beginning but there are Mods that you can summon te chest as a skill (so oft you want and the things always refresh inside)
Hi, thanks for your mod! One question: are mods that add something to the tutorial chest save to remove afterwards? I noticed upon rmeoving this mod, the short rest button gets visually bugged. It shows 0/0 and the blue dots disappear despite having 2 short rests avaialble.
It's a little more complicated than just dropping the pak in a folder. Use the mod manager and use a guide like this one and the process is actually pretty easy once you are set up.
Yeah the BG3 Mod Manager really does all the heavy lifting and it even tell me ahead of time if the mod is able to added, if it has another mod already in it, like bg3 mod fixer, or it'll give a warning symbol if it conflicts with other mods. I honestly wish I knew about it sooner. Thank again for the help, and thanks for making the (2500 Gold and a Shovel) mod, it's really useful when starting a new save.
