offhand attack anyways uses only weapon damage, you dont get bonuses from enchant, str or dex, its almost uselles small power action, when better to choose some jump or hide instead of offhand hit
Since you are now stuck with mods for the entire playthrough, I have a question before I install this one. I tried another "free action" dual-wielding mod, and I lost a lot of actions. Very rarely would my Extra Attack trigger, and even then only if I did certain bonus actions in-between, like drinking a potion. I love the idea of saving a bonus action and still dual-wielding, but not at the cost of main actions. I see the note mentioning if you use the bonus action first, but do you know if anything like I've mentioned occurs in this version? (I'm on a new playthrough now, so I don't have that other one anymore)
Main actions is not affected, so u will deal Main hand attack and Off hand attack till you have that bonus action, if you will lost it for the potion before that "Main-Hand attack" you will deal just one main hand attack without off-hand, as it was in vannila. Just use all your first action without spending bonus and its ok. I figured out that i always played like that but why dual weild works like one handed sword, i must click and click and click to attack withh duals, stupid. Now this solved
"Disabled mods issue" is now fixed. You free to test mods again! "Another free-action dual-wield mod" I guess its only two exist, so in that "another mod" you required to have perk for dual-wielding, thats why you missed actions. This one does not require any perks and works fine so far.
