should be fine with vortex; bg3mm: I think you drag the .pak fil in it and put it to active? (I've never installed mods with bg3mm) manually: C: -> User -> "name" -> AppData -> Local -> Larian Studios -> Baldur's Gate 3 -> Mods ; drag the .pak file in that folder (at least that's where mines are)
they are in the "tutorial chest" (a chest in a room near shadowheart in the nautiloid) , or alternatively, Tutorial Chest Summoning or any other mods that can spawn it
Considering the level to which I increase the difficulty of this game (Configurable Enemies, Stronger Bosses and Enemies, Lethal AI, etc), this mod seems actually quite well balanced and isn't OP at all. LOL
Thanks! ; and yeah, even my friend laughed at me when i was trying to make it "make cheat, "angry" that it's too OP lol" (before i found more balanced values; although cantrips i've made at lv10+ starts to be kinda strong/OP)
They are strong, but you can do anything to break the game's balance. They dont single handedly topple it like some item mods out here with 90+ effects on each shot :D
