   The melee skill has the description while the ranged skill does not, it is blank.

      yeah but it's not my doing. wiki statement "In release (Patch #2) the description for this skill is blank".

      i checked it works. if it does not for you then it means either mod is not active in mod manager or is overwritten by another mod that edits ranger.
      try to put it the last in load order.
