thank you! yeah, i just started a new playthrough recently and noticed the same thing :/ nasty bug, but i'm not sure if this is somehow connected with my mod.. at least i hope so. this started happening not so long ago, but i was playing with custom earrings long before that. also, playing with vanilla earrings doesn't prevent this from happening (i tried) lol~ let's hope this bug will be fixed soon
Hey I found out what my issue was: It is a known issue with Vempren Heads for vanilla piercings. I hear using the non replacer version would work, but doesn't for me :( I think my issue is a lot to do with having custom race as well (Aasimar). Btw, love these earrings so much. It's a staple for my Durge no matter the issue.
Edit: it's nether of the above. Unfortunately seems to be an issue with the earrings themselves. Vanilla earrings works fine. Using the earrings with vanilla heads also cause issues.
