Seems like this problem extends to all classes that choose their subclass at level 1 (Cleric, Paladin, Sorcerer, Warlock). Maybe a work around like making the choice for a second subclass at level 5 would work.
Do you HAVE TO choose a second subclass? Or will it give you the option to at lvl 2 or 3 (depending)?
I'm wondering if I can install this mod and choose a 2nd subclass in some instances but not all, or will this force me to choose 2 subclasses for every class & multiclass I choose (for each character).
Thanks! (This is exactly what I was looking for, but I'm only hoping to use it in one or two instances. Not each character & class.)
Oof, thank you. I'm 90% sure I've glanced over that mod thinking it was the CLASS version (not realizing they were different). I see one of it's literal intentions is for this exact situation. Thank you!
I cannnot for the life of me make it work for a sorcerer. I tried fighter, rogue and bard - all of them work just fine. For sorcerer however, no additional selection shows up.
So, when I level my Gale as a evo/abjuration wizard, and he gets 2 sets of "choose 2 spells" per level up, I have only been getting 1 set of spells. Not a very huge issue, but I hadnt realized until I got to lvl5 and didnt get counterspell even though I picked it. Thoughts?
Okay, so you get one of the 2 sets on the next level up. Strange, but at least I'll get the spells eventually. I'll just pick and choose which ones are more important now.
I honestly thought the game had some limitation that only your first class could have a Subclass when multiclassing. But I totally misunderstood. Explains why Astarion sudden has both Bloodletter (a subclass mod) AND Arcane Trickster skills, and Gale is Evo/Abj, but has that wonkiness.
I was able to prepare the spells, but its... Wonky. I hope by Respeccing latter I can correct my Companions, lots of wasted time otherwise.
Unfortunately I just can't get the mod to work :/ I've tried everything I could find in your mods and posts here, but I seem that I miss something. I can't choose a second subclass for the hunter at level 3, only on level 1.
Mod Load Order: Plus Classes - Main Plus Subclasses - Previewer Plus Subclasses - Previewers - Custom Classes Plus Subclasses - Dual Subclass Plus Classes - All Feat (Plus Subclasses) CompatibilityFramework
I have the following overrides in there: Plus Classes - Base Plus Subclasses - Base Plus Subclasses - Assets
Of course I also have ImprovedUI and also have the icons for the modded subclasses and tested it with and without the wretch. I did a respec, have an ongoing save and play as a ranger and got the latest SE update.
I'm guessing you have Community library which is a requirement for compatibility framework? And that when you respec you choose another class then back to ranger? It automatically shows at level 1 and level 3.
i have the order set up propperly but it still doesnt show at level 3 is there anything else oi should make sure is in order edit: nvm it was an issue with expotting the order to the game. the mod and load order works as intended
This mod is not at all what I thought, is it possible to disable once getting Withers to respec? I didn't reallize that this had nothing to do with Multiclassing.
It's not working for me. When I get to level 3 it doesn't let me pick a second subclass. Here is my load order. 0. Compatibility Framework 1. Community Library 2. Extra Attack Library 3.
