I really love it, but I found out that it's not compatible with Eyes of the Beholder. This seems to require a compatibility patch to be added on its own. I don't want to create a tiefling but would like to see glowing eyes on this face......Perhaps you could add Eyes of the Beholder compatibility?
It's not a mandatory request, I just hope you can do it, if you don't want to please pretend I didn't say so! Even without the glowing eyes, this face is undoubtedly perfect!
I've never actually used Eyes of the Beholder. So I don't think I should be trusted with that.
What you can do instead is use this head as a replacer. It bypasses a lot of problems/limitations that way - such as speak with dead eye glow and possibly other things which I don't have the wherewithal to fix legitimately.

Unpack the mod, click open the first LAR_SolarHead folder, then Generated, and when you see a second LAR_SolarHead folder a few folders in, rename it to be Shared.
Go to LAR_SolarHead\Generated\Public\LAR_SolarHead Shared\Assets\Characters\_Anims\HalfElves\_Male\Resources and choose one of the .GR2 to rename, e.g. into HEL_M_NKD_Head_A (to replace half elf head 1), or HEL_M_NKD_Head_B (for head 2), or HEL_M_NKD_Head_C, or HEL_M_NKD_Head_E.
It's easier if you don't use D or F because their naming conventions are different.
In LAR_SolarHead\Generated\Public\LAR_SolarHead Shared\Assets\Characters\_Models\HalfElves\HEL_M_NKD, rename the HEL_M_NKD_Head_Solar folder into whatever you named the head, like HEL_M_Head_B. And then inside it, change HEL_M_NKD_Head_Solar_CLEA.DDS's name into HEL_M_NKD_Head_B_CLEA.DDS, ... Solar_HMVY into ... B_HMVY, ... Solar_NM into ... B_NM.
EDIT: the folder names are not exactly the same as the GR2, the folders shouldn't have NKD in them.
Essentially, when you see a "Solar", change it to your letter, for one .GR2 and three .DDS. You can delete anything you don't rename.
And then drag the entire Generated folder into your game data, somewhere like: C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data.
If you want to revert, remove the .GR2 from C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data\Generated\Public\Shared\Assets\Characters\_Anims\HalfElves\_Male\Resources, and the three .DDS from C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data\Generated\Public\Shared\Assets\Characters\_Models\HalfElves\HEL_M_NKD\HEL_M_Head_[some letter]\Resources
If you don't use other loose file mods you can delete the entire Generated folder.
hihi ! i really like this face, it's pretty much how i imagine my tav :D i had a little request though ! would it be possible to have more. pointy out ears for Tiefling ? similar to base game head 4. otherwise just permissions to take a look into doing it myself would be okay !
You can do as talked about above, in the pinned comment. Using it as a replacer just gives this head your "typical" setup, doesn't matter what exactly that is. Not having Eyes of the Beholder won't affect much.
I don't have plans to fix the vfx on the head legitimately, though. I've not tried it in practice, so not sure if I can make it work, and it's also done by editing a fiddly document that will overwrite anyone else's attempting the same fix. I reckon that honour should be given to mod packs with more than one head in it.

I've not used Unique Tav either so that's also very good to know. I'll pin this comment to hopefully help others in the future.
Because I really like the style of this mod
It's especially helpful since I don't use Unique Tav myself. I'm more than happy to host the file here, with compatibility credited to you, of course.
