This is a cool mod and to each their own but he is actually supposed to look partially dead... Like he does in the vanilla game... Because you know... He's the chosen of the god of undeath and decay.
I dont want to make that version. You can do this for yourself. Just unpack this Mod and Delete the Generated folder and convert all .lsx to .lsf and repack my Mod. Drop it into your BG 3 MM, done:)
I get it, but still impossible for this kind of mod. Mod's file structure and loading rules of BG 3 cause this situation. That's why "quite a number of mods modify CharacterVisual and such" but none of them is pak version. The only solution is merging these mods in one.
I see. I asked because I've seen a couple of mods modifying similar files being turned into paks, so I thought it was possible in this case, too. I'm definitely not knowledgeable enough about the game's structure to know which loose mod can be turned into a pak, and I *definitely* don't have enough knowledge to merge mods. Guess I'll either learn or forgo this or some other mod.
After I saw other override mods can be a .pak file, I realized I was wrong. I'm the person who is not knowledgeable enough. I turned back to this mod again and tried to make it a .pak file, and it works. So sorry for my arrogance.

To be clear—I don't want the hair, beard and clean face changes, just the armor adjustments.
Also, does this affect the armour he drops as well?
2. No
I will clarify these later
