FAQ - Heads aren't attached to the body, how to fix it? Heads may float separately from the body. Set "Animation LOD Detail" setting to "High" to fix it.
- Is there will be an option for the buff bodies (body types 3 & 4 )? Maybe. Not in the near future. It's a lot of work to do.
- Can you change *Head Name* features? I'll not change any features. All the faces are as I want them to be. The only reason I can change one of the faces is a visual or animation bug.
- Can you add the *NPC Name* head? No. There will be only my unique models.
Hey, I like this mod. So much so that LillyBird and I included it in Listonomicon.
"Listo" is a Wabbajack-powered mod list, that works almost identically to Nexus Collections but uses a community alternative to Vortex to help users download mods from Nexus, put them in the correct order, and prepare their game to play. No mods are repacked, stolen, or distributed directly - users are still directed here, just like with Collections, to download from your Nexus page and ensure you are given the proper download credit.
Due to confusion over what Wabbajack is and what it does, users at the Down By The River community encouraged me to give a courtesy "heads up" to the authors whose work is included in Listonomicon. And to assure them that per Listonomicon's install instructions, users are explicitly told to direct their bug reports issues to us first as mod authors (like you) don't want to deal with being inundated with help requests or bug reports from users with 300+ active mods.
You can read a little more about our project on Github, though the preferred way to access Listonomicon is via the Wabbajack gallery. A list of all included mods are here. A synopsis of the philosophy of Listo and what we are trying to accomplish (and avoid) can be found in our Whitepaper on the first two pages, and is elaborated starting page 17 "List Philosophy."
If you have any concern about your mod being included in Listonomicon (which is still downloaded from this page, and credits you as the author), please send me a message via Nexus's PM mail. I'm not sure how to get notifications if someone has replied to a comment.
Hi Aloija. Just to let you know, the Riden head's mustache for half-elves isn't aligned properly for both Jawclinger and Groomed Rascal (the thick beard and the stubble). It hangs way too far up the lip and right in front of the nose unlike the other beards.
Hi, thank you SO MUCH for this mod! I use Demetra for almost every playthrough; I really love her middle eastern leaning attributes! I don’t see much of that & for that I’m grateful (as someone who is middle eastern).
Sometimes Demetra’s expressions tend to come across as more stone-faced than other companions and NPC’s. Would you ever think about making her face more expressive? I see in one of the comments below that you use the vanilla wrinkle maps, but 50% less intensive. Would you ever think about releasing a second version with the vanilla wrinkle maps at 75% or 100% intensiveness? I am willing to pay! Demetra is genuinely my favorite head and I don’t think any other head will top her!
I may be asking for too much - I understand how much work goes into modding but I thought it might be worth a try. Thank you for all of your amazing creations.
Hey! Thank you so much, for such a nice comment <3
I don't have plans to change the wrinkle map or make a patch, but I'm totally fine if you want to make this edit for personal use. You need to unpack the mod, go to Faces of Faerûn\Public\Aloija_New_Heads\Content\[PAK]_Demetra\_merged.lsf.lsx search in the file for "WrinkleMapNormal" and change the ID in the line above to: 4f3851eb-0ecf-9cf0-c7c0-3059651498f3 (this is vanilla one) and then pack again. You can do all packing with Baldur's Gate 3 Modder's Multitool: https://github.com/ShinyHobo/BG3-Modders-Multitool
love this mod, especially my all time favourite face themia.
an issue i've noticed when using alongside mods that make the eyelashes light (to match hair colour) is that the eyelashes flash from the chosen light colour to black every few seconds. it's especially noticeable in gameplay. as far as i can tell, this is the only custom head mod that has this issue. it seems like there's two eyelash "layers" instead of one like with vanilla heads and the other head mods i have. one of those flashes black consistently.
it seems to only trigger after switching classes or toggling clothing in character creation (as well as in game). i've tried messing with each individual graphics setting, trying three different hair colour mods, and switching from dx11 to vulkan for the hell of it to no avail. strange. thank you anyway for your reply.
here's what it looks like in video form for anyone else who happens to have the same issue: https://imgur.com/a/3XY71tp
did you ever figure out what was causing this issue? I'm having the same issue with a different head pack right now and remembered this post, so I thought I'd ask here if it was some kind of graphic setting
