I'm open to suggestions on what may be better from a UI perspective. In reality I'm not artistically inclined or skilled so I'm not arrogant to think my way is the only possible or best way.
I would suggest reverting the Piercings menu back to a slider bar instead of individual icons. The reason being that there are no actual icons for any of the piercings, let alone any addons, so it's just a giant box of gray question mark icons and it's just faster to click the arrows and cycle through.
There are addons. For one Trips accesories among other 5-6 packs on piercings/jewelry. The icons can be added, but it is work that need to be addressed by the mod authors and if I revert it then it won't ever be done.
Hey, I wanted to throw this suggestion here as I saw it in the posts but it's kinda buried now. Apologies if you've already seen this, but would it be difficult to add compatibility to Kay's Hair Extensions? The slot made for the hair pushes the other slots down and pushes the "Hide Clothing" button off the screen. I'd love to use both at the same time.
+1 with the above suggestion, maybe just adding a scroll bar to "genitals" section

I think I found a work around somehow after messing around in Creator
Toggle "appearance panel toggle" on the character summary panel at the top right in creator, spam it a few times and stop on the checkmark, it should work now.
Something in there made hide clothe show, I don't know what exactly.
