ADDITIONAL NOTES - Current version (6.0.0.1) works well with Patch 8 out of the box. - Expect new updates after Patch 8 lands, with new scrolls for the extra cantrips and other spells. Landing these now would create broken spell references in Patch 7 so stay tuned.
I am experiencing issues with Patch 8 and 0.0.0.7 downloading automatically. I have 6.0.0.1 and the series of adds to that and and 5e versions. They work correctly. The mod.io system seems to want to upgrade to 0.0.0.7, which really isn't an upgrade.
I am NOT subscribed on mod.io. i am perplexed as to how to stay on 6.0.0.1 so the other mods depending on it are satisfied. Currently, a workaround has been to disable 0.0.0.7 so it's already downloaded. the 6.0.0.x versions are happy with that for now.
Any idea how to stop mod.io from downloading 0.0.0.7?
I second this. Any chance you could quickly explain how you added them to the trader and loot tables? Cos I don't see a treasure table text file. Is it the object category line in the stats or the item_Loot_scroll line in the root template? what line do i need to delete?
No rush at all but I wanted to know if there was an update on this? I only wanted a couple of spells and now my save file is dependent on this mod which kinda sucks because all the scroll loot is popping up as spells I shouldn't have access to and it feels like cheating and I can't disable it T~T
Reactions has game engine level side effects so I'd suggest leaving it out at this point. The Chest should work even with GameScrolls being loaded after but technically it references it so if you would prefer to be meticulous I'd load it after GameScrolls.

I tried to set GameScrolls above Chest (as you shown), but BG3MM displays Chest as a requirement for GameScrolls and refuses to let GameScrolls load before Chest (auto-sorts it so that Chest loads first & then GameScrolls). As far as i can tell the mods work normally, but oddly i can not make the BG3 MM allow the load order you suggest.
Forgot to respond but I took a look at the files and Banishing was present in the unlocked add-on. However, I think there might have been some changes to its definition, it used to not have a container. I'll take a better look soon, had a bit of a hardware setback recently.
The definition was the same. I just tested in my game and it appears to be learnable by Wizard. Could you see if moving the Secret Scroll mods to the end of the mod load list fixes your problem?

However, when I looked at the spell list, there was no Divine Smite spell. Could you please put it in this spell scroll? I want to use it in other classes too.
The base mod aims to be balanced and fair so if this were to be implemented it would need to be a separate mod (add-on). I can take a stab at it later if there is sufficient interest shown here from people!

IMHO for dependency handling reasons that would be best implemented a separate mod, like Secret Scroll 5e Spells or Homebrew Spells.
But this is what it looks like with the In Game Mod Manger version on my PC.
