What is point where the selection for this subclass is triggered? When the wizard class is first selected? Can't see anything there because if it does, that's a new class, not a subclass.
At lvl 2 when we're able to select the specializations? Nothing there too.
I've moved this mod up and down the load order compared to other subclass mods I run and it still does not appear while I level up a wizard until he's maxed. Seriously, does this actually work or is it something to do with how rapidly the compatibility framework have been updated these past few days?
If the issue is due to it being a subclass and subclasses don't play well with each other, why not make it a new class altogether? Would that work well with the other mods?
This was caused by a recent Compatibility Framework update, and is known, I've been sick so haven't quite gotten around to it, but will fix it as soon as I get the chance.
Many thanks! I've tested it and while the seeming loss of other wizard spells might turn people off, it's not a big deal when scrolls can still be learned. In other words, it'll take a bit of time and money to acquire other spells but not that much of an issue.
When it comes to the class spells though, other than fire damage, may I suggest that perhaps other damage type can also be added to each spell? Maybe radiant or necrotic damage to represent the first flame or chaos flame aspect respectively. Also, having the ability to upcast would make the class spells more attractive. Now I haven't used Chaos Fireball in battle yet (still in camp to respec Gale) but already when compared between Chaos Fireball and normal Fireball, seems normal Fireball will be better but then again unlike normal spells, these class spells are always prepped. Is that the reason for the no upcasts?
Lore-wise, the First Flame would be divine given that it quite literally created the concepts and also souls. As for the Chaos Flame, it should also be divine since it was a originally a fragment of the First Flame i.e the Lord Soul claimed by the Witch of Izalith but after it went out of control and given the fact that it then gave birth to demons, necrotic would be the best fit.
I really like the concept for this mod, though I do have a question... is there a reason it doesn't let you gain spells normally from a typical spell list?

* I don't know if this has been brought to your attention yet, but this mod is under the "audio" category right now...
