Updated "5e Potions AEO Removal" to allow for administration of healing potions to others as well as self.

Fix for some poison tooltips not showing accurate numbers. Changed coating duration of the following poisons: Serpent Venom, Wyvern Poison, Purple Worm Poison. These poisons will also not remain coated on the weapon after the first hit on a target.
