- Ring of Blazing Hellfire - Removed 'Immolating Gaze' and added NEW SPELL - 'Wrath of Avernus.' Check posts for a more detailed explanation about the spell.
- Immersive version - Reduced item drop rates in Act I to 10% (was 25%).
- Mindwarden Passive (The Mind Ring) - Now grant a +1 bonus on saving throws instead of advantage, and adjusted the passive conditions.
- Trial's Fortitude Passive (The Witcher's Medalion) - Removed acid ressistance.
- Hell's Blessing (Ring of Blazing Hellfire) - Removed fire resistance and fire weapon damage, now grants +1 to spell DC and spell attack rolls.

- Immersive Version - Made several changes to the loot table entries. Replaced the entry that previously pointed to skeletons in the shadow-cursed lands with human guards NPCs. Adjusted the drop rates of three entries that frequently spawn, they now have a 10% chance of dropping.
- Finger of Death - Changed damage to 7d8 (was 7d8+30), changed radius to 18 (was 30), now applies Frightened for 2 turns.
- Axii - Reduced the duration during which the enemy is under your charm to 2 (was 3).
- Ray of the Infernal Phoenix - Changed damage to 4d6 (was 6d6).
- Frost Tempest - Added cooldown, now once per combat.

- Changed drop rates in the immersive version, now all loot has a 25% chance of dropping. (After calculations, the average chance is getting around 10 items in an entire playthrough)
- Ice Storm (now Frost Tempest) - Balanced the damage, will now scale with character level and the damage type has been changed from bludgeoning to piercing.
- Scorching Talons of The Firehawk - Adjusted damage, will now scale with level.
- Reckoning of The Dual Flame - Adjusted damage, will now scale with level.
- Cataclysm Blast now deals 2d8 (was 2d10), the number of targets remains unchanged.
- Shadow's Retribution - now deals 2d8 (was 2d10), the number of targets remains unchanged. Removed the spell fail, it will now result in a miss rather than half damage.
- Judgment Bolt - Changed cooldown to once per combat.
- Finger of Death - Changed cooldown from a short rest to a long rest.
- Feral Swiftness - Changed cooldown to a short rest.
- Dragonkin Heritage (breath weapon) - reduced Inferno's Grasp fire damage overtime to 1d4 (was 1d6), Corroded Armor debuff will now reduce armor class by 1 (was by 3).
- Sanguine Renewal (Soul Drain status) - now heals for 1d4 (was 1d6).
- Bloodflow (Lifesteal status) - now heals for 1d8 (was 2d6).
- Tainted Strike (Bloodborne Passive) - now deals 1d8 (was 2d8).
- Frostbite debuff - No longer grants an attack advantage on the target.
- Initiative bonus from The Witcher Medallion is now +2 (was +4).

- Fixed Yrden spell difficulty class and changed cooldown to short rest.
- Fixed Skybreaker Smite lightning VFX to activate with piercing attacks (previously, it activated with slashing and bludgeoning attacks only)
- Modified Cataclysm Blast 'Marked for Negation' debuff effect, no longer refreshes with each hit.
- Both humanoid and animal companions have been modified in spells, abilities, statistics, and resources. 'Guardians of icewind' companions, 'Hellfire Pact' summons and 'Shapeshift' ability will now scale like other summons (level 4, level 7, and level 10).
- Adjusted and refined some summons spells and abilities in their level 4 templates.
- Changed visuals of white owlbear to brown owlbear and polar bear to black bear.
- Morphic Recovery (Shapeshift ability): Combat only, 2d8 healing will be available if the character is below 70%, 3d8 healing will be available if the character is below 50%.
