I have answered this question often: Afraid not, I had a hard enough time getting them into relative working order as it is. Don't even know how I'd start with it since they use skin textures and I have no idea how that'd even look with non-tiefling skin.
So the issue I have despite taking the latest up to date version is that the horns are not working correctly. I can only see them if I am zoomed in the face of the character but as soon as I unzoom from one meter they are gone, it does it in character creator, mirror, gameplay... Sadly this mod doesn't work like intended for me (that's the only mod I use)
So after further testing I can guarantee you it's an issue with the male body types... Despite the screenshots showing that males can have it if you choose body type 2 or 4 the horns will disappear if you zoom further than 30 cm from the face. For now only the version released on 1st december 2023 works

If they want to make a patch for it and put it there, I have no problem with it.
for those who use UTAV: there IS a way to get the weird tattoo bug to not appear.
you have to replace the base game's body tattoo atlas to make the FIRST tattoo to be completely black. this has the side effect of making any npcs in game that use that tattoo not have them any more, but afaik there is only one minor npc in act3 that uses those tatts anyways.
ive uploaded the aforementioned file here, and mod author MidnightVoyager you are welcome to add it to this page as well if you choose. it goes in Baldurs Gate 3\Data\Generated\Public\Shared\Assets\Characters\_Models\_SharedAssets\SHARED_Atlas.

Hi! I've been having some issues with these horns since patch 7 but it is one of my favorites, is it just me having issues or does the mod need an update since the new patch?
I could never get this mod working without the tattoos on the horns, so frankly I'm not really planning on updating it. I fought this thing for a month and couldn't fix that problem. At some point, it became not really worth messing with.
It's the changes with skin shaders they made a few patches ago that started this working badly. I don't know how it's changed again.
Actually I may have spoken too soon. the wonderful Labotor saw I was having trouble and managed to fix some things. I don't know if it will fix your problem, but it'll be worth a try when I upload it

Honestly, it's a lot more complicated than I can explain here, and it's a part of modding that I'm not good enough at to be comfortable tutorializing. You might want to look up some tutorials on it.
Don't know if its the same issue, but I've gotten the horns with a missing texture. i don't know exactly what they're called but now it just shows grid lines on the horns
Unfortunately I'm not sure how well this works with Unique Tav and Trips Shaders right now because of how Larian changed how body textures work. It worked fine in my testing, but the error you describe is related to texture issues solved by Trips shaders.
It SHOULD work fine because it just uses the old texture shader and default textures, but I know what causes that error and it's an outdated texture overwrite generally. I may or may not be able to track and fix that problem, partially because I'm not sure what's doing it to you and partially because Larian's texture update and my fight against Unique Tav/tattoo horns is an unending hell.

i use camara mod so i can zoom out very far
but when zoom out for some distant horn disappeared and appear back when i zoom in again
my graphic settings are all highest as possible but horn still disappear
