IMO the vanilla sacred flame cantrip has very limited use, as many enemies have decent dexterity, thus i'm making this tiny change to it:
Sacred Flame now targets intelligence saving throw instead of dexterity
that serves some purposes:
1 - the cantrip will generally be more useful 2 - i'm not changing balance too much (stated above is the only change at all) 3 - i can't recall many spells that have intelligence saving throw, so this is a good variation 4 - feels thematical because dumb creatures are easier to scare with stuff like fire <humor>or religion</humor>
