This is an RP feat that enables some battlemaster maneuvers that are closely related to tactical thinking to other classes
- Rally (with a buff that now really makes this worth using)
- Commander Strike (now costs an action plus a reaction)
- Maneuver Order (only the actual forced maneuver part)

The Tactical Leader feat reforges two classic manoeuvres and forges a third from the embers of Manoeuvring Attack itself.
What changes from vanilla?
  • Rally
    • Vanilla: Bonus Action, targets one ally up to 18 m away, grants 8 temporary HP for 5 turns.
    • Tactical Leader: Bonus Action + 1 Superiority Die; creates a 5 m aura around you for 4 turns (Concentration). Each round, allies  inside heal 1d4 HP, gain +1 AC, and +1 Reaction. Usable once per combat.
  • Commander’s Strike
    • Vanilla: Action + Bonus Action + 1 SD; lets one ally make a reaction attack
    • Tactical Leader: Action + Reaction + 1 SD; no bonus-action cost.
  • Manoeuvring Attack → Maneuver Order (new maneuver)
    • Vanilla Manoeuvring Attack: Weapon attack + 1 SD; on hit, pick one ally who gains +½ movement and avoids opportunity attacks.
    • Maneuver Order: No attack roll. Bonus Action + 1 SD; command up to 3 allies (you may include yourself) within 18 m. Each gains +50 % movement (1.5 × total) for one round and avoids opportunity attacks.

Feat – Tactical Leader
  • Instant mastery of Rally, Commander’s Strike and Manoeuvre Order.
  • +2 Superiority Dice (recovered on a short rest).
  • +1 Charisma or Intelligence—the tongue of a general or the mind of a scholar.
Field Manual
  • Rally Aura – light it when casualties loom or formations buckle; the trickle of healing and fresh reactions turns a rout into a counter-charge.
  • Commander’s Strike – convert your less-damaging swing into an ally’s killing thrust; the new scaling die makes every order bite.
  • Manoeuvre Order – surge through kill-zones, seize flanks, or retreat in good order; 50 % extra movement for three troops at the cost of a single bonus action.
CompatibilityPure spell-data edits—no Script Extender required. Tested on Patch 8. Avoid mods that overwrite Target_Rally, Target_CommandersStrike.
