Sick mod! I've done my best to patch up the neck seam a little bit so that it matches the default body color a bit better:
To do this I edited the HRC_F_NKD_Head_D_HMVY.DDS file in \Generated\Public\SharedDev\Assets\Characters\_Models\HalfOrcs\HRC_F_NKD\HRC_F_NKD_Head_D\Resources\
Still not perfect, I'm sure there's some more I can tweak to make the Pale/ Bright body colors match a bit better, if anyone else wants to try a similar edit:
Use Paint.NET to edit the .DDS files (I've had issues with Photoshop/ GIMP as they don't natively read the files without specific plugins)
Edit the green channel using the curves adjustment (in this case Green was moved from 128, 128 to 0, 160)
Export using BC3 (Linear, DXT5) compression with the Generate Mip Maps option ticked ON.
The best half orc head ever made for this game is plagued with the worst neck seam i've ever seen with any custom head. can ANYONE fix this? i appreciate the person above who blended the colors a lot better, but the seam itself is just horrible.
Yes, if you have nothing else that you've put into Generated (different bodies, heads, outfits). If you want to 'uninstall' just these heads, go down the folders inside Generated until you see the HalfOrcs folder, and remove just that.
