I am in the same boat. Are the passives supposed to show up in the Character Screen? I moved this to the bottom of the load order but it's not showing it's there
I have used dozens of the Indecision's Mods and all worked perfectly. This mod however does not work. I have removed all mods but this one and still no passives for Half Orc shows up on New Character Screen under Human Race. Where am I going wrong on this?
Made a new one real quick and uploaded it, uploaded an image too, should be obvious if it's working or not The only way it wouldn't work is if something is overwriting the base human race in which case you could move it below that, can't think of anything else that might be the issue off the top of my head

Your latest update fixed it. I was at wits end on this.
