I am not into modding, so I am skimming through the files with the ExportTools, but looking at the CharacterCreationAppearanceVisuals.lsx in Notepad ++, it does not appear that the RaceUUID has anything to do with which races the faces are intended for.
I am trying to flag it so it can be used for a Half-Elf, but I am not sure how.

Hiya, I just downloaded the new update and as I was checking through my mods, just to see if all my mods were working as intended, I encountered this frankly terrifying specimen.

This only happens with the T2 Beau face, nothing else (not even the Beau face for the strong body type). Any ideas what might be happening here? I've tried moving it up and down the mod order, but no luck. I do have other preset mods, but I don't think they're incompatible?
