Compatibility Patches should no longer be required if using SE. Though removing them mid playthrough might cause issues.
Some other mods like Fantastic Multiverse and Zerd's RAW also change Common Player Actions. It's a fairly simple thing to override yourself should you discover a conflict. If you don't care about the common Grapple spell and just need the framework, just let the other mod override the player actions. The framework will still function.
NOTE: Use the compatibility patch for whichever mod is closest to the bottom of your load order. Also, lostsoulman's Combat Actions FullGameReady mod doesn't require a patch; there is no conflict.
Will follow this closely. Great work. Soon I can relive my days as a Strength based assassin that grapples, pins, and then sneak attack stabs single targets to death while they are helpless. Love your work.
Is it supposed to show a 0% chance when hovering over enemies? So far in the couple times I used the action I succeeded the check, but I want to be sure this is intentional behavior before I play through with a 100% chance to grapple or something.
Hey, I'm having trouble with extracting the zip of this file. Unlike other downloaded mod files there is no option to extract to a folder. Any other attempt at extracting it just causes either a diagnostic error message or another type of error. I do not have WinZipRAR or any other tools that need to be paid for. This is the only mod I have downloaded that has this problem.
Apologies. I did not mean to ignore you. I thought I replied to this.
Anyway, it sounds like you can't unzip .7z files for some reason, but I've started uploading my mods as .zip files. I hate to make you wait, but there will also be some updates soon™ to change the movement restriction on the grappler to only apply when the target isn't small enough among other things.
I don't know if you are still having an issue with this or not. I just downloaded it and ran into the same issue. That being said, a quick free download of 7zip solved the issue and allowed me to extract the files.
Hello! are you able to grapple 2 enemies within reach? or just limited to one? Either way this is awesome! And does ayone know with theres a mod for Unarmed Fighting that can add grapple damage?
