Gave Gift of Alacrity a flat +5 increase (the average of 1d8) since it was acting strangely when using a dice roll.

Arcane Abeyance motes abided by Potion laws so they consumed an Action Point whenever they were clicked. They now function like Scrolls like intended and only consume their Action Point whenever you actually use them.
The Momentary Stasis resource should now work properly. However, on saves where the mod has already been installed, the resource icon doesn't seem to show up on the hotbar, but the resources are still there and should be consumed whenever you cast the spell. Saves where the mod hasn't been installed yet seem to be unaffected by this and show the hotbar icon as usual. Don't ask me why because I have no clue.

Temporal Awareness now actually scales with your Intelligence modifier (thank you lostsoul!).
Momentary Stasis now correctly incapacitates the target until the caster's next turn, rather than disappearing when the target's turn comes.
