Hey, lovin' your mod, it's absolutely beautiful! Just an FYI, on the Legendary version where it says that you cannot be forced to drop this weapon, it says trident in the text. Not sure if that's unchangeable or if you may have just missed it, but I thought I would give you a heads up. Thanks again, it's my new favorite weapon!
could we get a legendary version of this so we'll finally have a legendary axe in game? i wanted to play a dual axe wielding barbarian orc and i mind almost no good axe late in game
having access to the ice spells would make sense i think, not sure if the lvl6 one would make it OP but considering the leviathan axe is supposed to counter the mjollnir then it would make sense lore wise
Taking inspiration from GoW: Ragnorak and other legendary weapons in BG3: - +3 weapon enchantment - Increase the cold damage dice from 1d8 to 1d10 - Grants the spells Ray of Frost and / or Cone of Cold - Grants Cold Resistance - Nyrulna spear like effect where the target and all enemies within 5 feat of the target suffer 3d4 Cold damage - Give the weapon a limited way to stun. Maybe a once per short rest ability that functions like a normal attack with a chance to apply the stun condition (this was a signature feature of Leviathan from the GoW games) - Ignores Slashing and / or Cold resistance - Once per long rest you can perform a special ability that allows you to target up to three additional targets (like how multi-shot arrow works) - Allow Leviathan to deal cold damage to the target it is thrown at
I personally would like to see a legendary Leviathan gain +3 weapon enchantment, grants both Ray of Frost and Cone of Cold, the weapon gains a weapon ability that stuns, and the axe applies it's cold damage dice to enemies it's thrown at.
So, I've tested this in game. The legendary spear Nyrulna comes with an extra 1d6 thunder damage die. Throwing this weapon doesn't deal the extra 1d6 thunder damage to the target. So, it looks like this is how the base game operates. Any extra elemental damage dice aren't added to thrown attacks, for whatever reason.
The Lightning Jabber does have the Throwing: Lightning Damage enchantment. So it is possible to have weapons deal elemental die damage to a target they are thrown at, it just has to be its own enchantment apparently.

Is there a possible conflict?
It doesn't show in the summoned Tutorial Chest.
I will go back to a previous save, to go back to the Ship to test it, to make sure.
Edit: Loaded a previous Save, and it Shows for one Character in the tutorial chest, but not another.
I have moved the Axe to the Bottom of my load order to see if that helps.
Thanks!!
Cheers!!!
It's one of the first mods I've made, glad to know you like it!
Thanks for the headsup, I'll post an update soon!
What exactly do you mean with nerfed? What abilities would you like to see on a weaker version? Right now we have a very rare and a legendary version

Still working on the cold damage on a throw, but the new version adds a little bit more of cold to your play
