    This DOES work. Put it last in your load order. You can do this in the in-game mod manager using pavelk's Mod Manager Fixes and Tweaks mod.

    Why stop there, apply it to ALL the NPC's in game, including your own companions.

    Good mod, I don't like it when you're expected to self-police. Self-imposed rules pile up and become annoying to keep track of, the more mods that can handle it the better.
