Updated tooltips to be a bit cleaner, fixed issue with item descriptions not applying properly, adjusted logic of bodycount stacks to hopefully fix any missed kill counting.
Adds a set of Legendary Weapons, Armor, and Accessories purpose built to accompany a Solo, extremely difficult playthrough. Now, your kills are tracked through a persistent status buff, and "kills" can be spent on buffs or utility through the "Bodycount: Deadly Arsenal" skill!
