   This would be amazing as a maul or some type of bludgeoning weapon.
   
   Use this with Winter's Clutches gloves and when an enemy is frozen they become vulnerable to bludgeon damage.

      Haven't seen it before in game and its actually pretty good. Just wish it had a frost effect flowing off it visually.

   Just 1 mechanical addition, if you wouldn't mind that is, improve crit by 1.
   
   Any chance of getting a frosty blue tint or effect for a visual?
