The party limit begone mod lets you launch a multiplayer game with a limit of 8. I had to set the window size and resolution to really small, 720p, and low graphics, then with Steam exited (and pretty much everything else to save on processing/ram/graphics), I launched the exe 7 more times. Once I made the characters, I saved the game and then booted it up in single player in a single window. In single player, the party limit begone mod lets you have up to 16 party members. After that, I recruited Gale and used the Appearance Edit (origin character add-on) mod to make him look like Gandalf. My system is pretty good but it still wanted to crash at or above 6 windows open.
You can save your pc a little bit by using local co-op, however only a little bit. When you use local co-op you use a profile named PublicSplitScreen, which while promising, does not work more than once. Unlike running multiple instances, which would create Debug_Client_Profile_x in order to run, local co-op doesn't create a new profile. This means you can have multiple instances with local co-op in different games, but in a multiplayer game with the local instances, split screen is already connected. You are able to do this with other machines as they have a different PublicSplitScreen profile. So if you have 2 controllers, you only need 7 instances.
It wouldn't be a true LOTR Fellowship mod without Anduril and The One Ring to go along with it. Frodo has to have a reason to go to into Mordor after all, and Aragorn needs his sword. ^_^
It's possible I forgot to adjust the age slider when I updated Gale's appearance. Feel free to adjust anything using the mirror. I made it at like 1 am in mid September and decided to share the save because of this article: https://www.dexerto.com/baldurs-gate/baldurs-gate-3-players-have-big-plans-for-customizable-hirelings-2326814/ It was time consuming enough to deal with and I had a save of Tavs instead of hirelings already and I'm 99% sure it works vanilla so why not share it since there is interest?
One does not simply make Lord of the Rings characters in BG3 without me downloading them; now I'm going to be praying for an overhaul mod i never knew I needed.

Edit: BY GOSH IT WORKED I gotta do a clean install to remove some of my mods but look forward to some save files from yours truly!
Would love to see him as my own character and or my Astarion.
if possible would you be able to make Thranduil as well?
thank you :) :)
