WHAT THIS MOD DOES
Option 1
This mod removes the opening splash screen when you first startup BG3. The game will now load directly to the main menu.
The 2 opening videos when starting a new game have also been removed. When starting a new game it will now load directly to character creation.
When finished with character creation, it will load directly to the new game starting position on the Nautiloid.

Option 2
Just removes the opening splash screen. The game will open directly to the main menu.
WHY THIS MOD WAS CREATED
This mod was originally intended just for personal use. It was created for my own convenience when modding BG3.
Being a mod author/creator, testing my mods before uploading takes up a lot of time.
Removing these videos was simply to speed up my testing times when starting a new game.
Basically I was sick of pounding the ESC key to skip the splash screen and the start videos.
I figured since this mod significantly sped up my testing times, and I no longer had to press ESC repeatedly,
it could also be an appealing feature for some players as well.
With this mod, you can now get directly into your game without having to see the splash screen, and the opening start videos over and over again.
(You know you skip them anyway)

Install
See below for a few different install methods available for popular Mod Managers used for Baldur's Gate 3.
Also, manual install methods have been included. Please choose the method that is right for you.
Method 1 - (Using Loose Files)
1. Use Nexus Vortex to install automatically
(When prompted choose: "Install as a replacer")
or
Manual Install - (Using loose files)
1. Extract the archive.
2. Copy the "Data" folder from the extracted archive.
3. Paste into your "Baldurs Gate 3" folder. This should be located in Steam/steamapps/common/Baldurs Gate 3
4. Install complete, Enjoy!
Un-Install
1. (Installed Vortex Main File) - Use Vortex to un-install automatically
or
Manual Un-Install
1. Follow this path: Steam/steamapps/common/Baldurs Gate 3/Data/Mods/Gustav/Localization/English/Video.
2. Delete "GUS_CGI01_Part1" and "GUS_CGI01_Part2" files inside the Video directory.
3. Then follow this path: Steam/steamapps/common/Baldurs Gate 3/Data/Video.
4. Delete "Splash_Logo_Larian" file inside the Video directory.
3. Uninstall complete.
