I'm releasing this because I've gotten multiple requests, I've still yet to change the LODs, I have my settings on the highest possible so your results may be different on lower settings.
Having wanted to play Half-Orc forever and not being fully content with both visuals and voice, I put together several projects so I could feel comfortable in my Half-Orc immersion. I do recommend my deeper pitched voice mods for Tav 1 and Tav 7.
Included in this mod are both texture and model.
If you would rather have the rough and tough scarred original texture, just delete the DDS files in "Data\Generated\Public\SharedDev\Assets\Characters\_Models\HalfOrcs\HRC_M_NKD\HRC_M_NKD_Head_B\Resources".
"HeY dArAkI, wHy DoN'T yOu PaCkAgE yOuR fIlEs? PaK fIlEs ArE sO mUcH eAsIeR tO iNsTaLl!"
At this point, I've given up on trying to make PAKs work. My last few attempts failed, and loose files work fine enough for me. If someone else was able to package the assets, I'd gladly upload them for those who wanted.
INSTALLATION
So, to install, just extract the contents of the zip into your Baldur's Gate 3 folder. The folder where you've installed the game, not in your documents. The one with all your bin, Data, etc folders. This shouldn't overwrite anything, if it asks to, that means you've installed this mod twice. To uninstall, delete every file prefaced with "HRC_M_NKD_Head_B".
Special thanks to NachoPango for their M Half-Orc Face Edits (Less Wrinkles) for the first Half-Orc edits that got me motivated to make my own.
I also recommend turndapage's Half Orc Smooth Skin mod.
