why the wolf is not visible when i summon him? is it because i summon another wolf from my character skill( my character class is ranger and the sub-class is beast tamer)
For me summoning the wolf does nothing, it will cast and then no wolf. This is outside of combat, not sure if there is a conflict with something else but would be surprised. Any ideas?

Any thoughts on doing a necrotic or radiant styled set? I want to do a run with 2 good and 2 bad origins characters and see how they but heads. But a necrotic paladin sounds fun!
I'm tryin to make something for a Shadar'kai stealthy warlock with Necrotic damages, perfect for an evil playthrought :) Minthara should be good for that. But I can't find the proper vanilla assets.

Loving this set for my Barb/paladin Karlach, i felt something was missing and turns out it was a murder dog.
Dont know if its a load order issue or im just looking in the wrong place but i used Fenris Rage and got the Rage:wolf heart buff, but i dont see Inciting Howl anywhere in my spellbook.
Also is it possible to make the Wolf summon scale with level? im level 6 just entering act 2 and an 11 health wolf just folds to one hit and its chance to hit is roughly 40% with advantage
EDIT : Wolf should level with you know. Can you confirm it to me ? Just to be sure. And I added Inciting Howl, I thought it would be there by default but I had to add a spell.

Wolf is leveling with the beast master subclass levels, 3,5,7,8,11. Someone confirmed there level 4 and summoned the level 3 version, Im running a level 6 and summoned the armoured level 5 version with septic bite, so i assume it will have the same progression.
Fenris howl looks to be working as expected! not sure how much ill use it for 3m on a full action but nice to know its there

Yeah I know the wolf howl is not very good but it's mainly for the pack leader rp. And it gives the possibility to a Wildheart barbarian to rp it and taking another animal totem for perfs.

Exactly what ive done, Ive got bear if i need to tank more elemental damage, Wolf to provide party advantage and pala with concentration buffs, works quite nicely as it gives a different fighting style depending on the situation.

So i think this interacts with the Untamed mod in a weird way, its getting all the untamed bonuses, like companions bond, but it doesnt seem to take the visual override to get rid of the helmet.
If anyone can confirm this on their end or if im messing up my installation some how, i dont think ive got anything else that touches the pets
Edit:played about more, i dont know whats normal for beast master and whats the mod so its a bit confusing, But ive messed with my load order incase it was that, while im level 6 the wolf is level 5, 2d4+dex attack, 2 actions, and still has the stupid helmet
Im sure Sittin will confirm but im level 6 and summoned a level 5 wolf. I think hes using the beast master ranger summons so they are level 3,5,7 and 11 and will level up with that.
I need to take time to test it but I put the same leveling structure than the ranger's spell. I don't know exactly how it's work, as a new spell if it takes your char level or some ranger level you may or may not have. It's a good thing the wolf is level 3 and not 1 but I need to play it a bit further to guess why it's not 4.
EDIT : gumptionless is right ! So it's work as intended.
