    Is this compatible with Halsin's missing lips? Should I load this before or after?

      Since there are no .pak files, only raw files, check if the other Halsin mods have these two files. If they do, then the mods will conflict.

      ELF_MS_NKD_Head_Halsin_HMVY.DDS
      ELF_MS_NKD_Head_Halsin_HMVY_-_no_tattoo.DDS

      I have Halsin Facelift mod and it modifies those two files above. Gonna see if I can use both mods at the same time while giving Halsin No Tattoo mod priority so that it removes his face tattoo.

    When I download, it comes onto my computer as a .rar file? Not a folder to unzip?
