Changed the way the Rainbow cloak calculates damage. I don't have a proper way to test edge cases currently but hopefully it's fixed now and shouldn't remove dmg?

Fixed a stupid typo. Changed tutorial chest version to an ADD-ON so now you will need both the original and the add-on to have the tutorial chest spawn the cloak crate. You will never need to update the add-ons, so this makes it easier on myself!!

Completely rewrote how this mod is handled, with intentions of making my life easier in the future. Due to this, please let me know if you have any issues updating to this version. I've done some pretty rigorous testing to make sure nothing gets deleted and no crashes happen when updating.
TODO: Add a 3rd iteration of this mod that makes cloaks completely invisible without modifying core game files. Hopefully, this will be a breeze and I'll have it out ASAP for those who want it.
If you do crash when updating, please revert to the last working version, remove any cloaks you had equipped and reinstall the update.
Fixed Localization for the Pact-Bound cloak to correctly reflect what it does.
Fixed some cloaks losing their buffs after long rests.

Fixed a bug related to the Pact-bound cloak, you might need to equip and unequip the cloak for it to function correctly after this update.
If your game crashes on load (it shouldn't) just redownload the last working version and unequip every cloak added by this mod then reinstall the newest version.

There's a typo in my Localization file that's preventing the 4th "patron" buff from showing up on the description correctly, I'll have it fixed next update.

Fixed Tut chest/crate as usual. Updated the PactBound cloak to actually exist ingame, since I typo'd :) It also shows you what buff you're getting!
Be sure to unequip and re-equip the pact-bound cloak if you respec or you won't have any buff at all.

Made some fixes to my Treasure Table to fix some issues.
Added a container that has all of the cloaks inside (UUID spawning only, does not spawn naturally)
Updated the Tutorial Chest version to work properly. Now all capes ONLY spawn in the tutorial chest an unlimited amount of times rather than just the once. They no longer spawn naturally throughout the world in the tutorial chest version. Had to reupload due to a typo :)
