I am Busy this week with work and My Brother's wedding, so I am Posting Version 1.1.0 main file for you all a bit Earlier than intended. It should work just fine but is lacking some of the settings I wanted to Include before posting

Added New Feature - InGame Settings
Added InGame settings for HYU's damage. (All Optional File Damage LevelMaps are include)
Took off the Madness Effect from Harness You Urge.
Added a New Passive, Dark Whispers. (Madness Effect from HYU)
YOU MUST USE THE INGAME SETTING AT LEAST ONCE TO SETUP THE FEATURES: To use the new Ingame Settings feature you must move the Toggle Feature for it to your hot bar and turn it on, this feature will then add settings for the mod to your Passives Tab on your hot bar. Once in the Passives Tab of your Hot Bar you will be able to Add the features of this mod that you want and change the values of certain ones.
This will allow changes to how the mod functions in game, and will also allow me to add Beta features to the mod in their own custom toggle so I do not have to worry about breaking the mod.
Know Bug/Issue: In Game Settings Toggles don't show the current state of what features are on and off after opening and closing. (Working on It just look at your passives list in you inventory for now).
**The Optional File to Revert the Death Stalker Mantle Is still needed since I can't change that InGame yet without a script/cheat.
Add Saving Throw Type Settings. (Wisdom/Charisma/Raw)
Add Increased Save DC's for Help/Healing Actions of Allies.
Fix not applying saving throws against allies unless under the effect of Madness.
Try to add some out of combat effects. (Like throwing an Item at a random character after picking it up or attacking on conversation start)
Add an additional secret Roll that follows a failed Saving Throw to Trigger Dark S'Urge.(See Below)
Harness Your Urges - (Soonish)
Fix bonus damage applying on shove.
Dark S'Urge - Possible New Feature (No Current ETA)
A passive that will act similar to Wild Surge but with different effects.
Will most likely include Slayer Transformation with Madness that will not end until the Urge Character is force back to their normal state (by reducing slayer form to 0 hp).
Add Beta Toggle - (Soonish)
Will be used to show features I'm currently working on but are not quite bug free.
Will Add this toggle once I start working on the Save DC's Settings for Dark Whispers so I can post the changes as I go rather than waiting to post them all after bug testing / Localization Fixes.
Hey-a! Nice mod. I still have not went with Durge playthrough since you can just ignore all his dialog choices. Do you know, if it is possible to inflict a Wis check in order to be able to choose non-Durge dialog option?
Thanks...so much.... This didn't even really work and when I uninstalled it...it completely broke my game.... The games I had saved that were not even used with Dark Urge.... Thanks....so much.... -_______-
Apologies for my ignorance, but is there a specific place this should go in the load order? I've tried in a few different places, but I get a message upon starting the game that other mods have been disabled. I tested de-activating the mod and reactivating, and it seems to be related to when I try to install it. I'm sure it is something I am doing wrong, but I'm too unfamiliar with how mods function to really know for sure what I am doing wrong. Any thoughts you have would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
great mod, all work! just one thing, the passive add to cloak...not show in my cloak, it's invisible but work in combat? i just see the ability to become invisible when kill a enemy and not the bonus to cantrip... All other stuff work...
