   It's in Russian I don't think it will run in the English version of the game will it?

      It will work, because I didn't add a new boots, I just changed only the model(even not, more right to say, I just potinted visual refs of this boots to drow's boots), so you already have this boots in the game, they will be looking differently. Its on screen is russian, because I am plaing with russian loca but I am pretty sure it will work fine on english or any other localization
