    NOTES:
    Realistically I would use it for up to 10 characters parties. Maybe 12 if you have a very good sight. 

    I've tried to utilize as much space as possible. If you asking yourself why there is space left, remember that sidebar can potentially overlap with: combatants menu (statuses), TAB menu (toggler with sorting button) and hotbar (statuses and expand button). Also there are technical limitations of how rendertransform works. since significant amount of people ignores this notion for some reason, I will block authors of suggestion to utilize more space.

    KNOWN ISSUES:
    1) Scroll with the mouse will be active on ungrouped parties even tho all portraits are visible.

    CHANGE LOG:
    1.05 - all versions got decor (slightly different than in vanilla, there is no black bar over the whole screen) and portraits is aligned to the center by request.
    1.1 - all 3 buttons are on the one holder now,  near the left bottom corner. holder is fixed and not moving - in a combat log button fashion. also portraits are much closer to the left edge of the screen. to make it happen I've need to move combat mode icons (trade, combat etc) over the portraits (and shrink them).
    1.11 - character mode (combat, dialogue etc) wasn't actually deployed properly, fixed it.
    1.20 - updated for Patch #4. Vanilla UI + fade-out version is EOS now (it was least popular), you can find it in Old Versions.
    1.21 - fixed Alchemy shortcut (H by default) not working.

    1.21 - also re-uploaded status addons paked with higher statuses.
    1.25 - updated for patch #5. despite visually its only new bench-sitters button added, widget and library were re-written almost from the scratch, that's why it took so long. status addons are fine, but no crown addon is not updated - vanilla have weird issues with icon textures replacers rn.

    1.26 - updated all versions (and added vanilla one) for Companions Panel and Camp Chest Everywhere support.
    1.27 - further updated for CPCCE support (to provide access to Camp Chest in scenario when there are no companions in your camp).
    1.28 - ultrawide versions are back, tested on ~21:9 aspect ratio. my gratitude to everyone donated on UW screen.
    1.28 - added lazy controllers UI version for 16:9 screen/up to 10 chars in party. Not dynamic, just smaller portraits to fit 10 characters.

    1.29 - forwarded patch #6 changes.
    1.30 - added one more status addon, "2 rows". it shrinks status icons and summon portraits slightly (to ~85%), but provides 2 rows for statuses. also they wrap vertically, which means you will never see thin long "status snake", but slowly growing 2-rows tall bar. also fixed 3-digits summon/followers HPs (100+) in other addons. as previously addons can be used with vanilla sidebar. "2 rows" addon will also never conflict with better hotbar 2, since sidebar with it will always be thinner than pre-grid part of hotbar. also made summon "deck" wider. big kudos to Arkeus on discord for the help with save file.
    NOTE: 2 rows version limits amount of statuses on the screen to 30. statuses beyond that number will not be shown.
    1.3.5 - updated for Patch 7. 2-rows status holder made to every version now instead of optional small/no status addons. added autohide toggle button. there won't be any standalone status addons anymore.
    1.3.5 - on request added vanilla sidebar with 2-rows status holder.
    1.3.9 - updated for patch 8.

    Hi, Vanilla Sidebar with 2-rows status holder mod works on keyboard, but not on controller. Any workaround?

    Anyone know where I can download the UW+AH verison? I can't find it on the modio site and it's not on curse forge. it used to be here but it looks like it hasn't been updated here since February 2024? Am i missing a link or file somewhere? i wish it was on nexus so I can get notified of if it updates but anywhere in general would good too.

    I'm having a really big problem with these mods...
    I tried to install the better hotbar, and my hotbar icons disappeared in the game. Then I tried to get them back, but now my sidebar has a problem where the keyboard shortcuts F1, F2, F3 and F4 for character selection no longer work.
    I tried to remap the keys to them and I also tried to remap the shortcuts to other keys, but nothing... I really don't know what happened here, but I know it broke my game.
    Also, the Companions Panel and Camp Chest Everywhere mod doesn't show me the key to open the camp chest.
    I really don't know what's going on here.
    Does anyone know how to reactivate the shortcut keys for character selection?

    Is it intended that when you long rest it resets the auto hide toggle? I've tried with a fresh install and it seems to be happening regardless of save.

      if you need it hidden by default, use AH on version.

      Thank you. This fixed my issue. Your description on the front page says that the mod.io version is the AH version, which I don't think is the case.

      Either way - thanks a bunch. These mods are definitely some of my favourites.

    I don't know if this has been asked before, but for some reason, even after installing the mod correctly, the portraits for my character and companions don't appear in the game. Another issue is that the icons showing how many spell slots I have also don't show up... I saw someone mention at some point that ImpUI needs to be in "override", but I tried reinstalling it and I can't move it there... I just tried placing it at the end of the load order in BG3MM, but that didn't solve my problem.

      make sure you have installed up-to-date versions of this mod and ImpUI and placed all my mods in right order.

    Not 100% sure if this has been said before or if its documented somewhere, or even that I am enterally wrong, but wanted to comment this in case it happens to someone else:

    For those who have this mod installed and still have this issue where the portrait of your character doesn't align correctly (like typically lae'zel portrait being moved to the bottom left corner), even though this mod fixes it, I assume other mods can still produce that bug, in specific mods that change something about the origin characters like their starting gear, face features or something like that.

    For example, I had a mod called Better Starting Gear for Gale, and when I first respec/level up him, the portrait gets bugged (I doubt this mod has fault here, likely is something else). The only way I found to fix it was to have another mod that would allow me to change the aspect of the Origin character again and for that, I used the Appearance Edit Enhanced mod and changed something simple like the color of the eyes of Gale (and you can revert the the original color of the again right away) and pressed confirm which then triggered to redo the portrait and the bug was gone

    I think this is related to having another mods because it only happened with Lae'zel, Gale and Shadowheart, those 3 had mods that either changed their starting gear and/or face features, but didn't happened with the rest of companions.

    And I also think this mod is fixing the issue in some part, because when having this mod disabled and the mod Appearance Edit Enhanced, when I got the portrait bugged and did what I explained before, the bug was still there after any changes most of the time.

    Maybe is something there to fix or find the original reason as to why this happens, because I have like other 40 mods, but if this helps anyone then I am more than happy. Btw, thank you for this awesome mod, really useful the hide ui for immersion with the fake 1st person mod

    Hello.

    It seems that in the vanilla version with 2 rows file you did not to remove the ImpUI dependency?

    EDIT: MCM is telling when I launch the game multiple of your UI mods (I have almost all of them installed) still have ImpUI as a dependency. Is this intentional? Should I just press the ''Don't show again'' button?

      and why should I remove it if ImpUI is a required for 9 of my mods work? are you aware that ImpUI is updated?

      Oooh I see, I heard ImpUI was obsolete now since Patch 8 integrated many of its features into the base-game but I wasn't aware that a new ''slim'' version was released and still required for some things. Sorry, I got confused.

    Thanks for Updating your mods for Patch 8! Great Work! Can't play the game without them!

    Is "ImpUI (ImprovedUI)" especially the patch 7 version still needed for this (and your other) mods?
    Or is the new version of "ImpUI (ImprovedUI)" for patch 8 needed?
    Or is neither version of "ImpUI (ImprovedUI)" needed?

      JohnnyZippo, requirements for my mods are all relevant. ImpUI for patch 8.

      nintool3369, that isn't a place to ask about it, mod authors has nothing to do to mods approval beyond marking them as consoles compatible.

      I've submitted a report in the ui on the ps5. It still using version 1.3.5.18. Maybe they'll update it so your new patch will be available? For now it's broken to console users, in our point of view.
