Why don't the fungi appear on my character's body? You probably either: 1) Didn't install it properly. Take a look at the installation guide at the end of the mod description. or 2) You have other mods that overwrite it. Please place this mod at the bottom of the load order, and if that doesn't work, disable all other addons except the ones required by this mod, enable your mods one by one, and see which one is causing the issue.
I did encounter an issue where Jaheira didn't have the fungi, but my main character did. It uses the exact same mesh provided by Glut's Animating Spores, which should work on anything that's a monstrosity, a beast or a humanoid. There still seems to be a chance that it won't apply to certain characters regardless, and to be honest I have no idea why that would be or how to solve it since I'm just copy-pasting the effect from one status to another.

The first thing you would need to do is to update each and every single one of your other mods to make sure they're not the ones causing the problem. If that doesn't help, disable all mods apart from the required ones and enable your them one by one to see which one is causing problems. Once you've done that and the issue still persists, you are welcome to open a bug report.
My mods are designed to be as non-dependent on other mods as possible, and I'm not responsible for issues appearing when playing with multiple mods. I will not go out of my way to accommodate or implement workarounds to make it compatible with mods other than the ones listed in the Required files section. If the authors of other mods that cause conflicts wish to do so, they may.

Hey, does this mod have incompatibilities with Unique Tav/Kaz Virtual Tav by chance?
I've tried this mod with both half elf and tiefling. The name change to the subclass applies from what I can tell, the mushroom visual effects with symbiotic entity however do not appear.
UPDATE: Yeah, it's a conflict with Unique Tav and Virtual Tav. Tried both. You may want to get with Kaz and see if you can hammer out a way to fix that.
I really enjoyed your mod! I'd like to suggest an addition to this enhancement in the Spore Circle, which is to add Glut's Animating Spores ability for the druid who selects this circle. There are other mods out there that do this, but they revive as an uncontrollable NPC rather than a summon, which doesn't allow you to switch maps or enter certain areas with it.
I was just having a quick look inside to offer some mod load order support and thought I would recommend some self-inheritence for Symbiotic Entity to increase compatibility. (I don't actually know if there are any other mods out there that do mess with the Symbiotic Entity status.)

Yeah, for some reason the visuals aren't appearing for half elves (both masc and femme). I was messing around with disguise self and the fungi appear when disguised as masc/femme humans, elves, tiefling, etc. But, half elves for some reason aren't getting the fungi effect?
Sounds weird. Since I haven't changed anything regarding skeletons or anchors or anything, it sounds like it's an issue with the visuals themselves. I don't believe I'd be able to do anything about that. :/
