    I've extracted the folder in the data folder as instructed, but she still has her original face in my game? :)

      Same. I can't make it work no matter what. place the generated folder inside data, or install with Vortex. doesn't matter. nothing worked.
      *edit what a sec it actually worked... but somehow it's different. the skin is not as soft as the preview screenshot and i just can't get the eyeliners

    Changed the name and placement of the files in Generated folder, so that i can use the model for my MC and not Shadowheart, and the result is awesome, thanks!

      I think there is a mod that allows you to have the head of Shadowheart and Lae Zel in all races and applies to it, but I'm not sure.
