So Fast Hands is absolutely amazing, this mod makes it no longer exclusive to the Thief subclass.

Upon reaching level 3 as a Rogue you will now always get the class action 'Fast Hands' regardless of your chosen subclass. In practice this is a pretty massive buff to both Assassin and Arcane Trickster, leaving Thief a lot weaker and less appealing of an option by comparison (but you still have Second-Story Work for flavour I guess ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ).
Also an optional version that adds the feat MOBILE to the Thief subclass.
