I still use this mod, or rather I still used to use it until Last night when I started up the game and it wouldn't load my save game and it wouldn't let me start a new campaign. As it turns out the game, whilst on Patch 8, will now throw a tantrum if you have any mod that still has mod fixer embedded into it.
So I hope Veenab would please consider updating this mod to remove mod fixer so it'll be acceptable for the game once again. Pretty Please :)
heya! im not sure if you see this, but i still use this, I have yet to find a mod like yours, but i know there is one which is similar; only that if you spare nightsong you get extra custom selunite gear.... i have yet to see if it conflicts with your mod. this is the mod in question: https://www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/mods/13902
If you are using patch 7 and using vortex, this will not work for previous games or new games. There are posts saying it works for patch 7 but this will NOT work with vortex. You need to unpack the .pak and delete the story folder and repack it. It will work after that. If this helps you, consider giving me a kudos.
Not sure if this mod is still being updated, but Patch 7 broke any mod that has the Mod Fixer baked into it. Mod fixer is no longer required anyway since Larian added their own version. Could you please remove the Mod Fixer from your mod? Here's a link to Larian's announcement about the Mod fixer in case you want to read it for yourself. Thanks! :)
Mods with Mod Fixer in them still work, you only need to remove the Mod Fixer Mod from your game. I have confirmed all my other mods still works, but I also just ran the entire gauntlet to confirm that this particular mod also still works.
I noticed some of my mods in active load that used mod fixer were not showing up in the in game installed mods page, once I deleted those the others worked. This mod shows on the installed page so it works along with a few others I had installed. Thank you for the mod!
same as for every mod that's a .pak file. In the Mod folder which is in AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3 . And then obv installed it with the modmanager. :)
Edit: You don't need the .json file, only the .pak!
I'm honestly confused, if you get the gear from the library before you go to the shadowfell, you'll keep it if you save nightsong. Unless im missing something
Two difference pieces of gear with the same name and different levels of rarity. You are referencing the "Rare" variant. The one for killing the nightsong is a "Very Rare" and has better stats. They have some visual differences as well.
Now I was wondering if you were the one for which did the enchantments on the armor and if so Why did you make Shar's Aegis which gives a +2 to AC Both a "Concentration" and "Until Long Rest"? Shouldn't it be one or the other? And if so shouldn't it be a "Long Rest"? If so is there any chance of getting this fixed?
My response time is on par with Balthazar's necromancy, but that is not a bug. Several spells including Shield of Faith (which Shar's Aegis replicates) have both "Concentration" and "Until Long Rest". To be clear, concentration spells always have a max duration so they expire either when the duration limit is reached, or when you lose concentration, whichever comes first. That max duration can be "Until Long Rest" like it is here.

I redownloaded your mod and BG3MM now reports my newly downloaded copy of the mod does in fact no longer have MoFixer.

Edit: nevermind?
