Seems to be a lot of performance impact with this. I'll move the party and there will be a long delay nearly every time, and companions and npcs will constantly teleport back to where they were seconds ago, as if their animations were interrupted and restarted. It's making the game quite unplayable, and uninstalling causes crashes.
You found a workaround, I wonder if theres more people I saw another guy having this problem, but I dont understand how this mod or that mod can cause that lol
What I did to get around this is, reach lower city entrance, save, quit, disable equipment library, load save, enter lower city, save, quit, re-enable equipment library, load save. So far I haven't run into any problems.
Does this mod allow one to look up the UUID (or whatever) of the armor model(s) worn by a specific NPC?
There is a certain NPC that wears an alternate-mesh version of an armor that's available to players both in game and via mods. As far as I know, this NPC is the only one wearing this particular version of the armor. The NPC's name is Kith'rak Therezzyn, in Creche Y'llek. The armor has better looking shoulders than the version available to players.
If this is not the mod to accomplish such a search, can you perhaps suggest the correct resource..?
I don't know why but my game is crashing due to this mod. Story - I have this mod+Weapons overhaul, Armor Overhaul+Shield Overhaul installed prior to Patch 4 and everything was working fine. I was at Ansur Dragon at Wyrm's Crossing before Patch 4 was released. After Pacth 4 was released, I waited all respective mod updates to be released and then updated the latest version for all mods I was using.
I was able to play the game normally till the point when I had to travel to Lower City. Now, I know there multiple bugs around travelling to Lower City, but I am travelling there for the first time in the story. And, if I keep this mod enabled, the game crashes during the Travel to Lower City loading Screen.
If I disable only this mod, I am able to load into Lower City just fine.
I don't know where to post this but I feel your changes would make perfect optional rules for DMs to use in normal DND. like the mobility changes you did for Mobility Overhaul sound like they would give more use to those skills in the DND game. :D
Even if you don't mod, its probably worth keeping an eye on this. I mean, it has the potential to be one of those "many people use it" mods in time. I mean, the Basket mod for example could probably benefit from using this. I have a list of mods I keep tabs on, so that I can check for updates.

I wonder if it would be possible to add an option for "Shields".
Great job!
Don't know if I will have to use it or not, yet. But I keep it on the side.
Lurking to find out...
