There's a very interesting synergy to be found with this mod and another mod by the name of better dark urge. In better dark urge there's a toggleable passive that inflicts you with madness on a critical miss. The 6 person target limit is very useful for reliably fishing for a crit miss to open the fight with a mass curse on the targeted enemies as well as inducing madness on your character. Then just sit back and watch as the dark urges take control and your character wipes the floor with the weakened opponents. Great mod btw. Keep it up.
Let me rephrase, asking for a version that is 1.) Vanilla but the enemy is immediately infected with disease, no need for the Constitution Saving Throw each turn. 2.) A4 is indeed bonus action, requesting a version that is not bonus action.
