Passives are cool... progression on shadow infusion could be stronger tho (like 2 > 4 dmg at level 9). 2nd and 3rd spell sets are pretty meh tbh. Feels like a discount arcane trickster, and arcane trickster is already a weak subclass lol
Honestly better to err on the side of underpowered. We already have so many broken op mod classes lol. I am thinking to play it with the Better DW mod, use the daggers as the main dps tool and the spells for CC, positioning etc. Maybe not meta but I like the flavour and it sounds fun!
Looks incredible! Any chance you could also make one of those custom class icons for it that I'm seeing around on other class mods? It goes a long way towards adding a little bit of "legitimacy" to these classes that I find really charming!
This is a fantastic idea, and I love that you included a version for each of the three casting stats. If this was how the Arcane Trickster worked in 5e, I'd actually consider playing Rogue!
Have you considered making a version that takes advantage of some of the spells added in 5e spells? Ie. Shadow Blade, Spirit shroud, and maybe some other spells would suit this class immensely.
I am happy to see this mod, but it is still missing some stuff.
in the campaign War of the Burning Sky, there is a Rogue subclass Shadowdancer which also makes a copy of yourself with its own statblock, is this something you can incorporate?
Love this! Is it possible to do a version with Wisdom as the spell casting stat? I'm wanting to multiclass with a Shadow Monk that uses Wisdom for a Shar themed build and would love to use them together.

Btw I'm kinda curious, how balanced would you say this subclass is?

Agree with the comments below - updates for level 20 and 5e spells would make this a must try mod for rogue players
