I'm not sure if another mod is causing this rather hilarious and deadly thing to happen.
In the God Version, which adds a ton of Force Damage to the Absolute ability. Dror Ragzlin has a hammer which grants him the same ability (Faithbreaker, I think), which he can spam over and over to wipe a party!
It adds a humongous, rather funny challenge, but I was wondering if there is a way to create a unique version of the Absolute spell for the Hammer alone, so other NPCs can't be Gods too XD
It is sort of intended...in that I have no idea how to avoid that as I really still have no clue how to mod beyond the basics :). I ran into a similar issue on another mod I have - Berserker Ring - where I'm actually changing the mod to the bear rage to avoid giving a lot more NPCs the beefy rage I've been working on.
If someone knows how to make edits to existing abilities that don't impact the other versions I'd love to learn!
You'll just have to get creative and find other ways to take care of him! Or just hit him with the ranged force throw right away to kill him.

I did find a rather novel way of beating him the other day, by using a spell in a mod-added class to make him attack all his allies first, giving me time to chip away at his health while he smashed their confused faces in!
It's quite a fun challenge, so I'm not complaining haha
Loving the mod so far and my only issue so far is the attack icon. It seems that all weapon attack icons have been replaced by the hammer icon. For example, I'm using a sword but the main attack icon is still showing as the one when you're using the hammer.

It's likely an issue with another mod, not this one. This is compatible with latest update. I would check all your other mods and script extender if you use it.
I wish I knew how to help further. I've uninstalled it fine and have even used all the versions since the latest update without any issue. I can't imagine a mod this simple would cause such a problem. You're also the only person to report it. I'd have to imagine that the culprit is something else.
Perhaps other, more savvy folks might see this and have some insight. Or maybe, there is something weird going on and more people will report an issue and then we can try and figure it out. Sorry, friend.
dont worry its not a big deal anyways. i think mods that adding items making uuids stuck within savefile thats why stops loading save. for example i cant remove artificier&shaman class mods because they also add new items to the game.
Thank so much for the comment! I'm glad you enjoy it. As I learn a bit more about how to find things in the files I tend to want to tinker. That, and, I'm getting better at the game, so what I'm looking for in the mod keeps adjusting, and I think it's maturing a bit as well. I'm actually doing a remaster of sorts on it by cleaning it up a bit. Hoping to reduce it to just two versions for a while. Open to any suggestions you might want to see as a long time user of this mod :)
Oh sorry, I base my mod off of the actual mythology where lightning, thunder, and flying powers aren't attested to. There's a lot of other Mjolnir mods out there that have a lot of those modern, but source inaccurate depictions that are really good and I think you'll enjoy.

I think the issue is that they all have the same UUID, which for many modders I'm sure is not a big deal, but I'm very new to modding and have only done two mods before (both VERY simple) and it's basically a different language for me. So, updating all the UUIDs to make each one unique is something that I might struggle with, but I can certainly give it a try! To create all the different versions, I just use my original template I created when making the original.
I am trying to edit the .pak file for my own personal game to change the attack grand slam, to have a cool down of once per battle? If you can tell me what to edit that would be great!
Don't have time to test it so let me know if it's working. For mythic might I just updated to have both the abilities (absolute power and grand slam) be usable once per combat.

Every so often I come back to see how this mod is progressing, it's still my go to Mjolnir mod.
