Can you explain what is meant by "optional fighting spirit interrupt" in the alternate version of this mod? Just want to understand clearly the difference between the versions before fighting with installation. Thanks for putting this out there!
Do you know how when your barbarian attacks and misses, a popup appears asking if you would like to use reckless attack? That's an 'interrupt'. So the interrupt version has this popup every time you miss as in this screenshot. The other version does not, and Fighting Spirit will only activate when you explicitly use it on your turn.
I had the same question, so I decided to check the comments, which is usually futile because more often than not the questions aren't answered. I just wanted to thank you for answering the question as most mod authors don't seem to like to answer basic questions and make the off-putting assumption every mod user should be an expert in all aspects, if that were the case we would all be writing our own mods and sites like this would not exist because they wouldn't be needed.
I dont like being negative, but this subclass is really lackluster. It doesnt really offer any unique or interesting features. I was hoping for something more involved and with features that rivals the base game subclasses, but it kinda feels like playing fighter without a subclass period, just because the absence of additions as a subclass.
So just for everyone to know because of patch 7 and the no longer need to have mod fixer (because it breaks the game) this mod and all other mods that use mod fixer no longer work and don't let new or old games be started. I'll continue to spread this around if y"all can too so we can get the mods we all love to work again.
Unfortunately, I do not have the time to maintain this mod. As such, I'm also making available all the source files alongside unimplemented icons created with Lykon's icons LORAs for stable diffusion. If anyone wants to copy and maintain, feel free to do so.
As such, I grant permission to everyone to use, copy, change, reference, and even profit from all content in this mod. No need to ask for permission.
Just a heads up, it's not a patch 5 issue as I'm currently playing with it.
It's the Subclass Compatibility Mod. For some reason they changed their inner-workings and it broke all old class mods. If anyone want to submit a fix for it, feel free. I know that there is a way to fix it, but I don't know how and honestly, I don't have time to learn.
My suggestion is to just downgrade the Subclass Compatibility Framework to before they made those changes. I believe I'm using 2.6.0, but I'm not completely sure the of exact version.

This is the only mod that doesn't work for me since the patch 5 update. I lost my game save and can't load it without the game crashing. My other game save where I didn't use this mod works fine. I'm not complaining. I'm just flagging that this mod needs a little work post patch five so it doesn't cause the game to crash etc ^_^
With the recent release of the compatibility framework, the option to choose this class no longer appears during class selection. This mod likely needs to be updated.
