There's literally one other comment saying it doesn't work. Can you go into your install directory and go to Data\Generated\Public\Shared\Assets\Characters\_Models\Tieflings\_Female\Resources and screenshot it please?
Well, I literally gave a way of troubleshooting in my comment above, and you also chose not to follow that. I suspect you're not following instructions.
Sorry no one took you up on your offer but I will if that's okay. I actually noticed this as an issue when I couldn't get a beard replace mod to work. After a while, I noticed my male tiefling's had tales again. Well, you put it in the wrong folder, which I suspected was the same problem as the other person. The Generated folder needs to be inside the Data folder in your install directory.
I think this mod doesn't work with unique tav. But I removed the tail files from F:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data\Generated\Public\Shared\Assets\unique_tav\BODY\TIF\MALE the tail is gone. Only thing is that theres a hole on the naked body.
Hi, could you make a remove claws only version for female and male strong body types, I love the tails but the claws not so much and I want Karlach with no claws
Do you think you might get the only missing tail for female body type 1 working, too? I love my claws but so not the tail xD I would be the most happy person on earth!

Hey again. I needed to download and istall this file again (dumb story I want to spare). When I download the Boring Tiefling Storng Female Tail Only file today, there where only 'TIF_F_NKD_Body_A.GR2' file in there. Last time I downloaded, there wehere two, so I could delete the TIF_F_NKD_Body_A.GR2 to make the no Tail work for Body Type 1. Am I stupid is there anything wrong? COuld You help me again please? Thanks a lot!
EDIT: Ha! I got it myself downloading the first pack and only delete the Body.GR2! Whoop whoop!

How can TIF_F_NKD_Body_A.GR2 be for Tiefling Body Type 1, when this was the file I needed to delete to get it work propably back then? Q_Q This was my best mod! Pleeeease, I really need to get this fixed.
