You either installed the Unique Tav version thinking it's for a non-Origin Tav - it's not. It's for UNIQUE TAV mod compatibility. OR you installed it with the right intention but you did not do it correctly by: (a) forgetting to install the Unique Tav .pak or (b) not having the right load order. It's also possible you have Unique Tav installed and for some reason is using the first version of this mod.

A: Download the Unique Tav version ONLY if you are usingUnique Tav Custom Appearance. Load it before Unique Tav. The main files (non-replacers) will add NEW heads to CC; optional files (replacers) will replace vanilla heads. You can use replacers and the non-replacer at the same time if you want. PS I won't be updating replacer heads anymore, consider them UNSUPPORTED.

V1.0: - Fixed neck seams and fixed scalp for all original heads. - Non-replacer version initial release. V1.1: - Fixed wrong head for Human B2. - Fixed Tiefling E3 nape bumps. V1.2: - Fixed skeletons and eye meshes for all heads. Piercings and heterochromia now repaired. V1.21: - Fixed Elf C1 textures. V1.3: - Exclusive heads now available for all supported races (elves, half-elves, drows, humans, tieflings). Only fem heads for now. - Fixed most if not all texture seams for all heads (jawline, nape, scalp, forehead, etc). - Made longer ears for Elf C1, Elf D1 and Elf D2 for more distinction with their half-elf counterparts. - Removed ear gaps for Tiefling A1, E1, E2, Half-Elf E1. - Reduced redness and fixed forehead discoloration of Tiefling B1. - Fixed male heads' pointy adam's apple. - Fixed Male Tiefling C1 forehead, removing gap with horns. - Fixed Male Elf F1 temples being extra wide. - Fixed some heads pulling the wrong texture. Install instructions have been updated, but here's how to minimize issues:
1. Make sure you placed the .pak file in 'C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods'. 2. Update ImprovedUI. 3. Delete ModFixer if you still have it. 4. Instead of using BG3MM, just launch the game and use the new built-in mod manager. 5. Head to it, click on 'Installed' and enable the mod.
I don't know if anyone else is having this issue but my heads show up blue since the most recent hotfix. I do have Unique Tav/EOTB installed and have tried multiple combinations of load order and installs of the mods but I still can't seem to figure out what's causing it. Double checked all install files as well, and I didn't see any prior comments that reported having this blue face to try for troubleshooting. I am using BG3MM.
I'm assuming your having an issue as well? My eyes are not loading on any of the heads including the bass game ones. Right now only one of the heads of this mod is loading the eyes for me with out any bugs. I hope this gets figured out as I'm not sure what could be bugging the eyes so bad.
(Found the issue if it is this, Its the eyes of the Beholder that is causing the issues with all heads! Just note this if this is the issue.)
Hello! I was wondering if you plan of adding this mod directly to the Mods in BG3, I don't know the process to do that just wanted to know if it is possible and not too inconvenient. this is one of my favorite mods and I was about to start a campaign with some friends that play in console.

Edit: NVM. I have it working now on a new game at least.
