   Like TheWalt70 said, this does work with Unique Tav. Download and extract the file then rename it from Skin_Atlas_Head_SHR_Tattoo_A_MSK1.dds to Skin_Atlas_Head_SHR_Tattoo_A_MSK.dds (just removing the 1 after MSK), then drop it into Unique Tav's Face folder and replace the existing tattoo DDS file (Generated>Public>Shared>Assets>unique_tav>FACE). This does, however, mean you only get 15 tattoos, but if you're really only looking for the Lae'zel one then that won't matter.

   For those who arent aware this mod is now obsolete. I tried it anyway to see if it would work and the NPC tattoos don't show up and if you select any other tattoo it shows weird lines on your entire face and body
