Adds the Ring of Truer Resurrection to the tutorial chest and several vendors throughout the game.

Truer Resurrection Spell
This spell is even better than a certain scroll! When used to revive a party member, it will revive them with full health and will not take away their action or bonus action like other sources of resurrection do.
That's it. It's that simple. This is a very cheaty item that can completely turn the tide of a battle. As such, I've given it a limited use of once per long rest so you can pretend that you're not cheating because there's technically a limitation.
Installation:
I install using Vortex from Nexus Mods and it works fine. Probably works with other common mod managers but I haven't tested any.
If you prefer to manually install, the standard method should work.
