Hi, I'm looking for automations to add to the multitool all the time; do you mind if I port this? Mod validation is a tool I have intended to add but have not found the time.
Hey, first off, thank you for this tool, it's saved me a lot of headache in my simple modding. When I use matchscan.py, it keeps saying that the UUID for the description of my item is missing from the armor.txt file, but every mod I've compared my files do don't have the item description UUID in their armor.txt files.
I've got the UUID for mapkey from roottemplate in my armor.txt file and can't figure out why matchscan is telling me I need to have the item description handle UUID
If your description isn't in your localization XML file that would be the red underline from your pictures. The script is telling you that it doesn't see a match to the red underline, that's all. If you are reusing something from the game and don't need a custom description than you can ignore it.

Here's an image of the UUIDs in question in both the merged.lsx and armor.txt. Red underline is the item description handle UUID, green underline is the mapkey UUID. Any help would be much appreciated! <3
