Only druids may receive this staff as a quest reward for "Investigate Kagha" if they decide fully in Sylvanus' sense. It is supposed to be a weapon infused with the strenght of a god, like the Blood of Lathander mace. I was quite disappointed when i saw its stats. The quest has so much potential, but it is wasted on this inferior reward.
This mod is really nothing special. It improves the Pale Oak staff so that it can be used in the long term. I've uploaded the stats of the staff as sreenshots. They should be self-explanatory. Additionally Faithwarden's Stride now makes you immune to Overgrowth and Ensnaring Strike, wich the vanilla effect strangely did not. Faithwarden's Strike will ensnare your Targets on hit if they fail a DC 20 Strengh Save. Also, it features a more powerful variant of the shillelagh cantrip and Druidic Weapon, which grants the echantment bonus of the weapon even while using your druidic Wild Shape ability.
Due to high demand, I added a less powerful version. Take a look at the screenshot. Considering what other items you can get in the first act of the game, these stats should be justified. If even this version is still too powerful for you, then check out this mod. Altered Pale Oak
